Plaxico - The Next Part

Plaxico Burress... again the outside and negative part of sport. Plaxico is being railroaded and that's what I believe. I think his treatment by the New York Justice System is not justified.

He did break the law in New York, so I understand why he needs to 'be punished', and as we know from various places, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

I think that people forget that he shot himself in the leg the day after Sean Taylor was killed, in his home, while sleeping. There is no sense of 'a reason' for the law to be broken. Sometimes, laws are ridiculous. This is one of them.
